How do I report IT problems at NetComm?

There are 3 ways to log in calls, first you can phone and report your problem at the reception area giving your details like your e-mail address.Second you can just send an e-mail to helpdesk@netcomm.co.sz describing your problem. Third if you have a username and a password to log in to the Customers link on the netcomm website you can then log in andlog in a call through our Web ticketing System.

How do I get a customer username and password to log into the Helpdesk system?

For the first time you can log into the helpdesk system by means of using your account code and a password called "password" and then change your password after you have succesfully logged in. You also need to check the e-mail address and verify that it is the correct one so that correspondance will be easy between you and the helpdesk system.

How much are the billing rates per hour if i need my problem to be sorted?

Currently the rate is at R285.00/hour. This is inclussive of transport within Swaziland.
